it is the middle of january and unlike december, this month has gone by at a snail's pace. my colleague said recently that with people feeling guilty for indulging over the holidays and all of their new year's resolutions "january is the healthiest month ever." indeed, we've been eating lean and clean, and now that i have more time, i'm really enjoying testing out new recipes (or making them up as i go along). i have been posting the results of my adventures in cooking on instagram, which lends me to believe that there must be a lot of food pictures on IG.
today, i am wearing the diane von furstenberg new jeanne wrap in stones print. this was a different print for me - but it has such personality, it cheers me up when i see it.

Deletei love so many of DVF's prints. i wish i felt comfortable wearing them, that one looks so pretty on you. i'm starting a nice workout plan this week. not too excited about it, but we'll see how it goes!
