mustard

before i compiled my "what not to buy" list, i did pick up a pair of coloured skinny jeans at joe fresh (here). lately, after work, my colleagues and i gear up for our "second shift". during the day, i still dress for the office, but after official office hours, i change into more comfortable clothes but still appropriate in case someone bumps into us at work.

these jeans were $19 and the material is nice and sturdy - not flimsy at all. the colour is also really saturated and mustard-like. i like chunky sweaters, and the asymmetrical detail of this sweater is really fun and interesting as well, so it makes me less cranky to be at work late.

my friend at work has also started to email me links to kids' hallowe'en costumes. i'm really not ready for that yet. *do you find that people rush seasons?* thank you for reading, and happy friday to you! xox

  1. Nothing says fall like mustard pants! I just recently added a pair to my wardrobe from the Old Navy sale. Love the casual/prep style of this outfit.

  3. Love those jeans, P! The color is so pretty. I wish we had that Joe Fresh store here in the states- I've seen you wear more than one cute item from there now for a really reasonable price! As far as halloween, OMG I'm so ready! It's my favorite holiday EVER! In fact, it might be the only one I like. I spend weeks planning/making/DIY'ing my outfit. But this year, we are crazy busy so I wish I could delay it for like a month.

  5. Oooooh I love the mustard jeans. It's a great color but doesn't work with my complexion so pants may be the way to wear it! xo, Chelsea
